บทคัดย่อ

การตกเลือดในสตรีตั้งครรภ์เป็นปัญหาใหญ่ที่พบได้บ่อยซึ่งทำให้เสียชีวิตได้โดยเฉพาะในประเทศกำลังพัฒนา การดูแลตั้งแต่เริ่มตั้งครรภ์จนถึงระยะหลังคลอดรวมทั้งดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีความผิดปกติอย่างเหมาะสมช่วยป้องกันปัญหาได้อย่างมาก แต่อย่างไรก็ตามแม้ว่าจะให้การดูแลอย่างดีก็ยังมีโอกาสเกิดภาวะตกเลือดได้ ซึ่งสถานการณ์ดังกล่าวต้องการการดูแลโดยทีมสหสาขาที่สามารถดูแลบริหารทรัพยากรในสถานการณ์วิกฤตได้อย่างเหมาะสม รวมทั้งเข้าใจการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางพยาธิสรีรวิทยาที่เกิดขึ้น

Hemorrhage during pregnancy is common and serious problem. It is a leading cause of maternal death in worldwide particularly in developing countries. Appropriate antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum care can prevent the problem. Despite, we deliver appropriate care in pregnancy, massive hemorrhage still occurs. This situation requires multidisciplinary care including crisis resource management and understanding pathophysiologic change.
