หลักการและเหตุผล การดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดสร้างเส้นเอ็นไขว้หน้าเข่ามีผลต่อการฟื้นตัวของผู้ป่วย ปัจจุบันแนวทางการดูแลมีความหลากหลาย การศึกษานี้จึงได้ศึกษาถึงความถูกต้องของคู่มือการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดสร้างเอ็นไขว้หน้าเข่า เพื่อให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้ในโรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์เป็นไปในแนวทางเดียวกัน
วิธีการศึกษา ศึกษาความถูกต้องเหมาะสมของเนื้อหา ภาษา และรูปภาพของคู่มือการดูแลผู้ป่วยโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญและบุคลากรการแพทย์ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ดัชนีสอดคล้อง (Index of item objective congruence: IOC) ข้อมูลที่ IOC ≥ 0.8 คือ ข้อมูลมีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ คู่มือจะถูกแก้ไขและวิเคราะห์จน IOC ≥ 0.8
ผลการศึกษา การศึกษาความถูกต้องจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 8 ราย พบว่าความถูกต้องของรูปภาพ ในหัวข้อความรู้เรื่องเอ็นไขว้หน้าเข่า การดูแลก่อนการผ่าตัด การฟื้นฟูภายหลังการผ่าตัดระยะที่ 2 และเนื้อหาในหัวข้อการฟื้นฟูภายหลังการผ่าตัดระยะที่ 5 มี IOC = 0.375, 0.75, 0.75 และ 0.75 ตามลำดับ และการศึกษาความเหมาะสมทางภาษาและรูปภาพจากบุคลกรการแพทย์ 30 ราย พบว่า รูปภาพในหัวข้อความรู้เรื่องเอ็นไขว้หน้าเข่าขาด IOC = 0.367 และหลังการแก้ไขทุกหัวข้อ IOC ≥ 0.8
สรุป คู่มือการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับผ่าตัดสร้างเอ็นไขว้หน้าเข่าสำหรับผู้ป่วยเอ็นไขว้หน้าเข่าขาดมีความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาและรูปภาพ
Background and objectives: The anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) patient care effects on patient recovery. Nowadays, there are several guidelines for ACLR patients. This study evaluated the validity of the ACLR manual of Srinagarind Hospital; hence, the care is in the same direction.
Methods: The validity and suitability of knowledge, language and pictures were evaluated by the professionals and medical personnels. The index of item objective congruence (IOC) of each topics was reportes. The IOC ≥ 0.8 meant that data was according to the objective. The manual was adjusted and analyzed again until all IOC was ≥ 0.8.
Results: The validity that evaluated by eight professionals, the IOC of the picture in ACL knowledge, preoperative care, second phase of rehabilitation, and knowledge in fifth phase of rehabilitation were equal to 0.375, 0.75, 0.75, and 0.75 respectively. The suitability that evaluated by 30 medical personnels, the IOC of the picture in the ACL knowledge section, was equal to 0.367. The IOC of all sections after adjusting was ≥ 0.8.
Conclusion: The ACLR patient care manual of Srinagarind Hospital was accurate and suitable for ACLR patients.
