บทคัดย่อ

มะเร็งท่อน้ำดี หมายถึงมะเร็งที่เกิดจากเยื่อบุของทางเดินน้ำดี ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 2 ชนิดคือ มะเร็งท่อน้ำดีในเนื้อตับและมะเร็งท่อน้ำดีนอกตับ บทความนี้ได้ทบทวนวรรณกรรมเกี่ยวกับการรักษามะเร็งท่อน้ำดี ซึ่งรวมถึงการเตรียมผู้ป่วยก่อนการผ่าตัด วิธีการผ่าตัดจนถึงผลของการผ่าตัด นอกจากนี้ยังรวบรวมเกี่ยวกับการรักษาเพิ่มเติมการผ่าตัด ได้แก่การให้การรักษาเฉพาะที่ และการให้เคมีบำบัดด้วย

Abstract

Cholangiocarcinoma is a primary cancer of the bile ducts arising from malignant transformation of cholangiocytes, the epithelial cell that line the biliary tract.It can be anatomically classified into intrahepatic and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.This article reviews the  management of both intrahepatic and extrahepatic tumors,with a particular emphasis on the preoperative workup,surgical management and outcome of patient with cholangiocarcinoma.The current status of adjuvant therapy,including locoregional therapy and systemic chemotherapy options,is also reviewed.
